1. Getting Started

Open this webpage in any modern browser. You will see inputs for month, income, expenses, category allocations, tables, and charts.

2. Inputting Monthly Data

Step 1: Enter Basic Info

Month, Income, and Expenses.

Step 2: Set Main Investment Percentages

Enter percentages for Index, Growth, Dividend, Crypto, Gold, Other. Total must equal 100%.

Step 3: Add Subcategories

Click “Add” under any category to create subcategories. Percentages within a category must sum to 100%.

Step 4: Add the Month

Click “Add Month”. Savings (5%) and Investing (95%) will be calculated, tables and charts updated automatically.

3. Understanding the Tables

Portfolio Summary: Shows income, expenses, net, savings, investing, and allocation per main category.
Breakdown (Weekly / Crypto Daily): Shows distribution of subcategory investments.
Total Investment: Shows total investment per category and subcategory including running investment.

4. Using the Charts

Pie Chart: Select Main or Subcategory to view allocation.
Line Chart: Tracks cumulative savings vs investing over months.

Repeat the process by changing month, income, and expense, then click Add Month to update all data.

5. Dark Mode

Toggle dark mode using the checkbox at the top.

6. Exporting PDFs

Click the buttons under "Export PDFs" to generate reports with watermark, page numbers, and timestamp.
